Some Familiar Faces Are Back in Doom Patrol Episode 2.07 Photos

DC Universe has dropped a brand new set of promotional photos from the upcoming seventh episode of Doom Patrol Season 2. It seems that this week’s episode features the return of some familiar faces on the show. Not only did DC tease the return of Beard Hunter in the recently released promo, but Willoughby Kipling will also join DC’s most improbable group of superheroes in their strange adventures. In the meantime, Chief is going somewhere in the North to find Dorothy’s mother and has a confrontation with the Candlemaker. As often happens when Chief is not around, bad things are going on at Doom Manor, where the team seems to be held captive by a pink lady-monster. It appears that it’s up to Miranda — one of Crazy Jane’s many personalities from the Underground — to save the day.

Tamara Becher-Wilkinson and Eric Dietel wrote the episode. The official synopsis of “Dumb Patrol” reads:

“Miranda helps protect the Doom Patrol from some truly terrible ideas after a mysterious package arrives at Doom Manor. Rita’s visit to the Cloverton beekeeper leads her to confront her lingering mommy issues. While on his way back to the manor, Cliff ends up stuck on the side of the road – literally. Niles heads north to find Dorothy’s mother.”

Doom Patrol Episode 2.07 will hit DC Universe and HBO Max on Thursday, July 23.
