It’s Father-Daughter Time in Doom Patrol Episode 2.08 Photos

DC Universe has released a brand new set of promotional photos from the upcoming eighth episode of Doom Patrol. It seems that Niles and Dorothy are visiting a fair or festival while the Candlemaker’s menace is pending on the future of Dorothy. In the meantime, Robotman has an unexpected second chance to bond with his long-missed daughter, Clara. The recently released promo also teased that Cyborg and his girlfriend have some significant issues. Victor might even find out something about Roni’s past from the visiting FBI agent he is talking with in the promotional photos.

Amanda Row directed the episode written by Tom Farrell and April Fitzsimmons. The official synopsis of “Dad Patrol” reads:

“Determined to prove her worth in The Underground, Jane brings Larry to rural Arkansas to help her retrieve an invaluable item. Meanwhile, Niles organizes a special day for Dorothy, who hides a personal development from her declining father. And Cliff gives father/daughter bonding with Clara (guest star Bethany Anne Lind) his best shot, while Rita embraces her superhero status as “The Beekeeper” and Vic is forced to confront the real Roni.”

Guest stars in “Dad Patrol” include Mark Sheppard as Willoughby Kipling, Samantha Marie Ware as Miranda, Karen Obilom as Roni Evers, Abigail Shapiro as Dorothy Spinner, Pisay Pao as Slava, and Bethany Anne Lind as Clara Steele.

Doom Patrol Episode 2.08 will premiere on DC Universe and HBO Max on Thursday, July 30.
