WandaVision Episode 3 – What Did You Think?!

Warning: There are spoilers ahead for WandaVision episode 3!

As of this week, WandaVision has reached the ’70s sitcom era and popped into color. But reality is starting to break through the TVLand haze for Wanda and Vision. Disney+ has premiered the third episode of WandaVision, and we want to  know what the Superhero Hype community thinks about it!

After last week’s episode, Wanda somehow became several months pregnant over the course of just a few minutes. Vision tells Wanda that there’s something wrong in their new home. Regardless, he quickly forgets when Wanda rewinds time again. Dr. Nielson also examines Wanda, and he sees no cause for alarm before planning his vacation. However, Wanda’s contractions begin after Nielson leaves their home. Her powers also short out the electrical grid in Westview.

While Vision rushes to retrieve Nielson, Geraldine visits Wanda at her home. Wanda attempts to hide her pregnancy with magic and by concealing her baby bump. Geraldine also seems oblivious to the truth until Wanda’s contractions overwhelm her. Vision stops Nielson before he can leave town. However, he’s too late to witness the birth of his first son. When Wanda gives birth to her second son, the couple name their children Billy and Thomas.

Things get even weirder outside as Nielsen hints to Vision that his vacation was actually an escape attempt. Vision’s neighbors, Agnes and Herb, also know more than they are telling. They reveal to Vision that Geraldine has no home in town, but they stop short of telling him why she came there. Inside the house, Wanda admires her children and mentions that she’s also a twin. In turn Geraldine recalls that Wanda’s brother, Pietro, was killed by Ultron. Wanda immediately becomes suspicious of Geraldine and demands answers. She also notices that Geraldine’s necklace is a sword, the emblem of the S.W.O.R.D. organization.

When Vision reenters his home, Geraldine is missing. Wanda tells her husband that Geraldine had to run home. Outside of Westview, Geraldine is expelled from the fantasy bubble, still in the clothes of her ’70s persona. She is also surrounded by agents, presumably sent by S.W.O.R.D. or another government organization.

WandaVision‘s first three episodes are on Disney+. The third episode will debut on Friday, January 29.
