Although it feels like the 2021 TV season only just got underway, The CW is already thinking about the future. Via The Hollywood Reporter, the network has announced fall premiere dates for several new and returning shows, including three members of the Arrowverse family.
Legends of Tomorrow, which still has nine episodes left in its current season, will shepherd the return of DC’s small-screen universe later this year. The show will kick off its seventh season on Wednesday, October 13 at 8pm, moving away from its Sunday timeslot. Trailing behind at 9pm will be the third season premiere of Batwoman, which also currently airs on Sundays.
The following month, The Flash will debut its eighth season on Tuesday, November 16 at 8pm. CW CEO Mark Pedowitz has previously said that the first few episodes of the new season will have a “crossover-like feel” because Barry Allen will interact with a number of other Arrowverse heroes in lieu of a traditional crossover event like Crisis on Infinite Earths or Elseworlds.

And that’s not all. One of the most highly-anticipated new shows that The CW has in store for this fall is its 4400 reboot. That series will launch on Monday, October 25 at 9pm. Plus, there are still several other shows that fans can expect to hit during midseason. That includes the second season of Superman and Lois as well as the long-awaited premiere of the network’s newest DC series, Naomi.
