After nearly two years, The Boys will finally return to Amazon Prime this summer, and our first proper look at the new season is finally upon us. Amazon has confirmed that the first trailer for The Boys season 3 will officially make its way online tomorrow, March 12.
Amazon shared the news by posting a video to The Boys’ Twitter page. The video opens with a montage of tweets from fans asking about the trailer. But at the end, Billy Butcher himself, Karl Urban, shows up and promises that it will be worth the wait. You can check out the announcement below.

Technically, this won’t be our first glimpse at the new episodes. Amazon shared a promo earlier this year with Antony Starr’s Homelander struggling to hold onto his sanity during a photo op. Regardless, tomorrow’s trailer is bound to have more footage, including new look at Jensen Ackles’ Soldier Boy and an assortment of other new supes.
The last time we saw The Boys, the team had effectively disbanded. Hughie was seen getting a job with Senator Neuman and Mother’s Milk reunited with his family. But as long as Vought’s superhumans continue to make a mess of things, the team’s work is never done. And if yesterday’s new poster is anything to go on, the characters might also be getting their own superpowers to level the playing field.
The Boys season 3 will premiere on Amazon Prime on June 3.
