Master Chief isn’t the only Spartan soldier on his way to Paramount+. Nearly a month after revealing the first look at Pablo Schreiber as the iconic Halo hero, the streaming service has shared a new sneak peek at the grunts who will follow him into battle when the long-awaited TV adaptation arrives next year. The latest teaser shows a full battalion of Spartans gearing up for a mission inside a hangar. And if you look closely, you can also make out a few familiar vehicles from the Halo universe, including a fleet of Warthogs and a Pelican dropship firing up its engines. Throw in the Gregorian chants from the original games’ theme music and you have another thrilling glimpse at the highly-anticipated series. Check it out for yourself below.

Additionally, the new promo confirms that the first full trailer for the series will debut during The Game Awards, which are set to be livestreamed on Thursday, December 9. So between that and tomorrow’s launch of Halo Infinite, it’s a pretty good week to be a Halo fan.
Schreiber is headlining the Halo series alongside a supporting cast that also includes Natascha McElhone as Dr. Halsey, Danny Sapani as Captain Jacob Keyes, and Olive Gray as his daughter, Miranda. Jen Taylor is reprising her role from the video games as Cortana, Master Chief’s A.I. companion.
Halo will premiere on Paramount+ in 2022.
