Task Force X Takes on The Flash In Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Trailer

It’s been years since Rocksteady Games released Batman: Arkham Knight, but the famed developer’s new DC title is finally coming in 2022. At The Game Awards,  Rocksteady and WB Games debuted a new gameplay trailer for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. And as the title implies, the mission is simple: Task Force X has to take out the Justice League. However, the League is no longer a group of heroes. Instead, they have become extensions of Brainiac himself. And they no longer have any problems using their powers to kill.

While Superman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern are all in the game, the Flash takes the spotlight here. Some of Barry Allen’s personality remains intact even though he is “Team Brainiac.” Regardless, he’s much more dangerous now. And killing him is much easier said than done.

Within the game, players can choose between Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark. And it looks like all four characters will get the chance to use some big guns. But they each have their own unique abilities as well. Boomerang has his boomerang attacks, Deadshot has a jet pack, and King Shark has his never-ending hunger for human flesh. Yet even that may not be enough for Task Force X to save Metropolis, the world, or even themselves.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be released for Playstation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC in 2022.
