New Snake Eyes Movie Date and G.I. Joe Collector Figures Revealed

The wait will end sooner than later. Previously rescheduled for October, Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins will now bow in theaters July 23. The announcement was made at Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest 2021, where the toy company also revealed the first collector figures based on the film. It seems we will finally get a G.I. Joe movie that does justice to the classic costumes. Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, Scarlett, and the Baroness look completely recognizable, and new character Akiko fits right in.

Both Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes feature switch-out heads based on the unmasked actor likenesses. All figures feature the digital face printing, and Baroness has removable glasses. As well as a silencer and stock that can detach from her gun.

While the movie may have moved up, these 6-inch scale Classified figures have not. So any preorders now will result in delivery around December. Watch for stock at Hasbro Pulse and other favorite online retailers.

All movie figures should maintain the standard G.I. Joe Classified price point of $19.99. Take a look at more pictures in and out of package in our gallery below.

Will you pick up the Snake Eyes movie figures? How do they compare with previous cinematic outings? Let us know your thoughts in comments.
