How closely will Spider-Man’s universe will tie in with the Morbius film? A few new behind-the-scenes photos from the film suggest that Peter Parker may go on the run.
The MCU Direct Twitter account has a photo from the Morbius reshoots in Los Angeles. Previously, it was thought to have been from the in-production Venom 2. However, it has now been confirmed it is from Morbius. What’s more, it indicates that Spider-Man is missing. Considering that he was outed as Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Far From Home, it would be understandable if Peter laid low after that.

With the new Sony/Marvel deal in place for Spider-Man, there are rumors that the deal involves more than just the web-slinger. While those are still unconfirmed, there’s also Morbius’ debut trailer to consider. In it, Michael Keaton seemingly reprises his role his Adrian Toomes/Vulture from Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Whatever the case, fans will see what Morbius has in store when it hits theaters on July 31.
