Ray Fisher Targets Geoff Johns in New Justice League Allegations

The drama surrounding Joss Whedon’s alleged misconduct while spearheading Justice League’s reshoots continues to unfold. It’s been over a month since Ray Fisher, who played Victor Stone/Cyborg in the 2017 DC team-up film, aired his initial grievances against Whedon on Twitter. In the same tweet, the actor also claimed that producer Jon Berg and then-DC Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns did nothing to rein in Whedon’s behavior. Now, Fisher is taking aim at the specific role that Johns played in this ugliness.

Fisher once again took to social media to share a brief story about an encounter he had with Johns while Justice League was still in production. Apparently, Fisher and his agent tried to file a complaint about Whedon through the “proper” channels. But when Johns heard about this, he brought Fisher into his office and berated him for his actions. And sadly, that’s not even the worst part. You can check out what else Fisher had to say in his latest tweet below.

Berg has previously denied any unprofessional conduct on the Justice League set. However, both Whedon and Johns have yet to comment on the matter. Fisher has repeatedly said that he’s bound by an NDA, so he needs to choose his words carefully when addressing the subject. But during an interview at last month’s virtual Justice Con event, he revealed that this isn’t slowing him down. A “process” is currently underway to hold Whedon and his alleged enablers accountable. Whatever this means, it involves other Justice League cast and crew members who have similar stories to tell.

Johns stepped down from his executive position at DC Entertainment in 2018. Regardless, he continues to play a big role in DC’s film and TV output. In addition to co-writing Wonder Woman 1984 and developing DC Universe’s Titans with Akiva Goldsman and Greg Berlanti, Johns is also the creator and showrunner behind The CW’s Stargirl, which recently concluded its first season.
