Thea Queen may be gone on Arrow, but Oliver Queen has a sister again. As related in last night’s episode, Oliver now knows that Emiko Queen is the new Green Arrow. He’s also aware that her existence was hidden by his late mother, Moira Queen. Now, the siblings have finally come face-to-face at Robert Queen’s grave.
The CW has released a new promo for Arrow episode 7.11 “Past Sins,” which features some of Emiko’s conversation with Oliver. It doesn’t appear to be a happy occasion, as Emiko blames the Queen family itself for her struggles. But Oliver just wants a chance to know his sister. Meanwhile, Oliver doesn’t know yet that Diggle and Lyla have unleashed Ricardo Diaz. ARGUS is starting up the Ghost Initiative, a new incarnation of the Suicide Squad. And Diaz is just one of the familiar faces on the new team.

Here’s the official description from The CW: “The past comes back to haunt both Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy). Curtis (Echo Kellum) is upset when he discovers that Diggle (David Ramsey) and Lyla (guest star Audrey Marie Anderson) have restarted The Ghost Initiative with Diaz (guest star Kirk Acevedo), China White (guest star Kelly Hu), Kane Wolfman (guest star Liam Hall) and Carrie Cutter (guest star Amy Gumenick).”
