Later this week, the third and final season of Jessica Jones will hit Netflix and wrap up the series. Last season, Jessica’s adoptive sister, Trish, alienated Jess during her pursuit of superpowers. Trish has always shown signs of jealousy towards Jess for her powers. Now that Trish finally has her own abilities, her relationship with Jessica may be damaged beyond repair.
Deadline has debuted a new Jessica Jones season 3 preview, which finds Jess confronting Trish. At this point, Trish’s powers aren’t a secret between them anymore. However, Trish isn’t shy about using them and she throws a lot of shade on Jessica for never living up to being a hero. Trish seems to believe that she can fill the void that Jessica never could.

Krysten Ritter and Rachael Taylor are reprising their roles as Jessica and Trish. Eka Darville, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Rebecca De Mornay are also back for the new season. Newcomers to the cast include Jeremy Bobb, Benjamin Walker, Sarita Choudhury, Tiffany Mack, Jessica Frances Dukes, and Aneesh Sheth. Bobb is playing the season’s new villain, Gregory Salinger. In the Marvel Universe, Salinger was one of the vigilantes known as The Foolkiller.
Jessica Jones season 3 will premiere this Friday, June 14 on Netflix.
