Yolanda Faces Her Toughest Moments in Stargirl Episode 2.07 Photos

The CW has released a brand new set of promotional photos for the upcoming seventh episode of Stargirl season 2. The story is finally taking off after introducing Eclipso as the main villain in the sophomore season. But there are still a few repercussions from season 1 and what happened in the season finale when the young members of the Justice Society of America collided with the Injustice Society members. Both Brainwave and his young son, Henry Jr., died during those tragic events, and Wildcat was involved in both deaths.

Now, the past is haunting the young superheroine, as the freshly released batch of photos teases. As always, the JSA members will support each other. The pics show that Brec Bassinger’s Courtney Whitmore, Anjelika Washington’s Beth Chapel and Cameron Gellman’s Rick Tyler will give a hand to their long-time friend to overcome the difficult moment. But it’s easier said than done, and Yolanda’s face is full of tears.

Sheelin Choksey directed the episode written by Robbie Hyne. The official synopsis for “Summer School: Chapter Seven” reads:

“YOLANDA FACES HER PAST – When the guilt over Brainwave’s (guest star Christopher James Baker) death becomes too much to handle, Yolanda (Yvette Monreal) is forced to make a heartbreaking decision. Brec Bassinger, Luke Wilson, Amy Smart, Cameron Gellman, Anjelika Washington, Trae Romano, and Hunter Sansone also star.”

The next episode of Stargirl season 2 will debut on The CW on Sept. 21.
