The New York Times reported on a trade show in Paris where Sony rolled out their electronics, movies, and music to retailers:
At Dream World, Sony tried to shrug off its business woes in favor of a festive tone. It filled much of a Paris convention center with the latest in gizmos, including Aibo, its robotic dog, now available in a softer white color, and the PSX, a next-generation PlayStation that allows users to download games, movies and music from the Internet. And Sony Pictures showed dealers a rough cut of scenes from “Spider-Man II,” to be released next summer.
